Welcome
Welcome to the Center for Cancer Care! This world class center was established in 1997 by Dr. David C. Jones with the goal of providing academic quality oncology services and treatments close to home for our friends and neighbors in the central Texas Hill Country. We were the first ever such clinic between Austin and San Antonio and we continue to be the only independently owned and operated Radiation Oncology practice in our area. In 2004 Dr. R. Scott Lawson was recruited from Emory University Cancer Center in Atlanta, Georgia to join our team in San Marcos and in 2005 we were excited to welcome Dr. Michael Gagnon from Oregon Health Sciences Center in Portland, Oregon to Kerrville. Now Drs. Gagnon, Jones, and Lawson work hand in hand to give personal attention to each patient and all referring physicians. We are happy to serve you in any way we can and welcome your questions, concerns, or input.
